Voluntary and community nominations sought for Social Investment Fund steering groups
Applications are currently being sought for voluntary and community sector representatives to sit on the Social Investment Fund Steering Groups. The closing date is 29 June 2012.
The Social Investment Fund (SIF) has been set up to deliver social change in Northern Ireland. It aims to reduce poverty, unemployment and physical dereliction in areas of need. SIF will be available until 2015 and has been allocated £80 million by the NI Executive. It will operate across nine social investment zones.
